Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a Sr. Specialist Industrial Security in Salt Lake City, UT to manage security programs for multiple classified DoD contracts. This role interfaces with government agencies to ensure compliance with NISPOM, ICDs, and DD254 requirements.

The candidate will lead industrial, physical, personnel and information security efforts, support the FSO, and oversee security for collateral, SAP and SCI programs while maintaining a strong security posture across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years prior relevant experience; Graduate degree with 4+ years prior relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Current DoD Top Secret security clearance eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support the FSO in implementing security requirements for DoD classified contracts and ensure NISPOM compliance.
• Perform NISPOM related security functions including industrial, physical, personnel, and information security.
• Assist with managing the S2 Information Security program and protect corporate information.
• Provide guidance to the FSO to standardize security practices at the Salt Lake City facility.
• Support classified programs at collateral, SAP, and SCI levels and maintain security posture.
• Investigate security violations and provide corrective recommendations.
• Serve as alternate interface with government agencies and customers on National Industrial Security Program matters.
