Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 2 or Level 3 in Gilbert, AZ. The role requires maintaining compliance with SAP/SCI programs and government security directives, with 100% onsite work. You will support program security, PERSEC, classification guides, and documentation control.

Ideal candidates hold an active TS/SCI clearance and a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience; DoD manuals familiarity is preferred. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience OR Master’s degree with 0 years; 4+ years in lieu of degree accepted.
• Computer and desktop Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel etc.)
• Familiarity with DoD 5205.07, 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support fast-paced high-profile program; build and maintain relationships with internal/external customers.
• Oversee classified security programs and provide expertise in security functions per DoD SAP/SCI manuals, ICDs, IC Tech Spec and NISPOM.
• Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures and guidance (DD Form 254).
• Assist program managers with interpretation and compliance of Security Classification Guides (SCG).
• Provide PERSEC support including documentation, indoctrination/debriefings, and access control in DISS/JADE systems.
• Draft and implement SOPs; conduct SAP/SCI security program self-inspections; manage inventory of accountable holdings.
