Northrop Grumman in Palmdale, CA seeks an Industrial Security Analyst - Level 2 to support PERSEC and program security efforts on-site. The role requires active Secret clearance and compliance with ICD 705, NISPOM, and related DoD security manuals.

Responsibilities include indoctrination, access control, badge processing, and liaison work with government agencies. Bachelor's with 2+ years or Master’s with 0+ years is acceptable, plus ICD/NISPOM knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience or Master’s with 0 years; or 4+ years in lieu of degree.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance at time of application and ability to obtain SCI/SAP.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and ICD/NISP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and personnel security support, including indoctrination/debriefings and security data management.
• Prepare and administer PIAs and briefs/debriefs for government security teams.
• Analyze and resolve personnel security issues and ensure compliance with security programs.
• Oversee security programs per DoD and ICD guidelines and ensure adherence to DD254 and related policies.
• Serve as focal point for security paperwork and data transfers.
