Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial B2B sales management or senior sales roles within electric motor servicing/repair, electrical motion products, or electrical drive system
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills when engaging plant managers, maintenance directors, and procurement decision-makers
• Demonstrated ability in prospecting, account development, and building long-term customer relationships in a technical sales environment
• Knowledge of AC/DC motors, variable frequency drives, servo systems, motor repair processes, and related industrial equipment
• Proficiency in sales management tasks such as pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and CRM utilization
• Experience with strategic sales initiatives and market development strategies to grow revenue and expand account penetration
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
