Description

We're looking to add a driven and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to our Industrial Sales team, based out of our Columbus branch!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving growth within the industrial market. We are seeking someone with existing relationships who can make an immediate impact in our Columbus territory.

This is a full-time position offering a base salary plus commission, designed to reward your performance and dedication.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in the industrial sales market, including knowledge of selling, operating, and servicing solutions such as Industrial Vending, & Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
  • Knowledge of CRM and ability to utilize ERP software.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and proven ability to sell and close deals in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to create and grow relationships by leveraging network to progress the sales cycle.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in common computer software including Microsoft Office and database software.
  • Basic math skills with the ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
  • Willingness to travel for occasional overnight branch visits and training events.
  • The ability to lift, slide, and lower packages that typically weight 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Must be able to obtain coverage through company's auto insurance carrier according to company Driver Safety Policy.
