Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales.
• Experience managing distributor networks and industrial customers.
• Strong communication of technical solutions to customers and channel partners.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1+).
• Willingness to travel within Peru as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve territory growth and revenue objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end users.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Peru.
• Promote Lincoln Electric solutions to distributors and industrial customers.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers and channel partners.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Deliver product training and educational programs for distributors and end users.
• Support welding trials and product performance evaluations.
• Manage customer activities, sales visits, and opportunities through Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to drive growth.
