Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting safety programs in manufacturing, industrial, or construction settings.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and hazard identification.
• Ability to communicate safety expectations to employees and leadership.
• Experience coordinating safety training and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve site safety programs and procedures.
• Promote proactive safety culture through training and hazard awareness.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and safety standards.
• Coordinate and deliver OSHA 30-hour training when applicable.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide safety guidance for fall protection, scaffolding, excavation, cranes, rigging, and electrical hazards.
• Support PSM programs and related compliance initiatives.
• Ensure employees and contractors have required training and qualifications.
• Assist with incident prevention, investigation support, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and contractors to maintain a safe work environment.
