Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or a minimum of eight years in a safety-related field.
• Ability to answer questions with relevant examples from prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and teaches short-term, in-person industrial safety courses.
• Initiates and develops new classes as requested and in the instructor’s area of expertise.
• Maintains proper certification and credentials.
• Resolves student issues and concerns or refers to coordinator.
• Communicates with the coordinator by in-person, email, or phone.
• Performs related duties.
