OTC Industrial Technologies in Germantown, WI is seeking a Rotating Equipment Technician to install, align, dismantle, and move industrial machinery while maintaining rotating and fixed equipment. This role offers hands-on work with engineers and technicians in a field service environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in an industrial, mechanical maintenance, or field service role.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Experience using hand and power tools in an industrial setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently on routine tasks and as part of a team for more complex work.
• Physical ability to lift equipment, stand for extended periods.
• Exposure to rotating equipment (pumps, motors, compressors) preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for field service work as needed.

Mansioni

• Assist with installation, alignment, dismantling, and movement of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on rotating and fixed equipment.
• Inspect mechanical components for wear, damage, and alignment issues, escalating concerns as needed.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and support repairs or component replacements.
