Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 0–3 months related experience or training acceptable.
• Familiarity with robot programming and interfacing with PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Review drawing package for correct interface and ensure it matches application.
• Power up robot and calibrate it.
• Download OLP programs and set up binding table / I/O.
• Configure robot D-Net / I/O communication and teach robot paths.
• Document changes to robot programs and End-Effector sequences.
• Work with PLC debug group and assist customer buy-off.
