Job summary

Torrey Holistics in the St. Louis area is seeking an Industrial Reliability Technician to keep plant equipment running through scheduled service and on-demand repairs.

You will diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic domains while maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety practices. You will perform inspections and preventive maintenance to extend asset life, support installation and start-up of new machinery, and collaborate with production to improve throughput

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in an industrial maintenance or similar technician role.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and OEM manuals.
• Proficiency across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Clear communicator with a safety-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Keep industrial equipment running by performing scheduled service and on-demand repairs.
• Diagnose complex issues spanning mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic domains to minimize downtime.
• Complete inspections and PMs that extend asset life and improve OEE.
• Collaborate with production to resolve equipment constraints and improve throughput.
• Record maintenance actions, part changes, and findings with accuracy and clarity.
• Support installation and start-up of new machinery and supporting systems.
• Follow lockout/tagout and other safety practices while sustaining a tidy, hazard-free area.
