The ideal candidate has a mechanical maintenance background, a bachelor's in engineering, and experience with CMMS, predictive maintenance, RCFA, FMEA, and TPM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of reliability engineering in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with CMMS and predictive/ preventative maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with RCMM: RCFA, FMEA, TPM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve maintenance reliability strategies for critical equipment.
• Analyze failures and implement RCFA and FMEA actions.
• Utilize vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication analysis for predictive maintenance.
• Improve preventive maintenance programs and monitor reliability KPIs.
• Support major shutdowns and capital projects.
