Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Junction City, OR is seeking a safety‑focused Industrial Refrigeration Test Technician to inspect, test, and troubleshoot glycol chillers and related systems before shipment. The ideal candidate will read wiring diagrams, work with PLCs/HMIs/VFDs, and perform leak testing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while adhering to safety policies and quality standards.

Onsite role with strong emphasis on teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement across Production,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Prior testing and inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing and commissioning of refrigeration systems.
• Review wiring diagrams and BOMs to ensure correct configuration.
• Document test results and quality records.
• Support continuous improvement and safety practices.
