Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
5+ years of related experience in industrial refrigeration preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems required.
Industrial ammonia refrigeration experience preferred but training available.
Read and interpret technical manuals and safety rules.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems.
Monitor systems for safe and efficient operation.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
Respond to plant service calls and perform repairs with limited supervision.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues related to refrigeration equipment.
Follow safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance procedures.
