Job summary

Alliance Industrial Refrigeration seeks an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Service Technician to diagnose and repair industrial refrigeration systems. The candidate will install, service, and maintain refrigeration equipment, including cooling towers, and will participate in a 24/7 emergency response rotation.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial refrigeration service preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems, including compressors, evaporators, and condensers.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, repair, maintain, operate, and adjust various industrial and commercial refrigeration systems.
• Service, repair, maintain, and operate mechanical cooling towers and associated chemical feed/monitor systems.
• Conduct necessary tests and troubleshooting to determine malfunctions; replace faulty parts and retest equipment.
• Recommend and/or order necessary parts and supplies; instruct users on operation and maintenance.
• Be available on a rotational basis to respond to emergencies 24/7.
• Report, organize, and maintain records of materials and service performed, including EPA-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
