The Refrigeration Technician at The Bama Companies, Inc provides industrial maintenance support to assure safe operation of ammonia-based refrigeration, HVAC, and boiler systems within the production facility. You will repair, service, and troubleshoot mechanical infrastructure and manufacturing systems to keep production running smoothly.

Seeking candidates with 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, a First Class Stationary Engineer license, and flexibility for shifts in a 24/7 food

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, & schematics.
• Understanding PdM findings to plan repairs.
• Ability to travel occasionally for technical development or company needs.

Responsabilités

• Understand and apply Bama philosophies and the four strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with QA and Warehouse for effective communication.
• Identify and correct potentially hazardous conditions.
• Safely perform work following lock-out tag-out and confined space policies.
• Develop safety procedures, standards, and controls.
• Complete compliance docs for audits (AIB, OSHA, EPA, insurers, agencies).
