Tiello LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician specialized in refrigeration to operate across Ohio, performing routine and emergency repairs on ammonia and Freon systems in food, beverage, and cold storage facilities.

Ideal candidates have hands-on ammonia refrigeration experience, strong electrical/compressor knowledge, and the ability to travel and work nights or weekends as needed. Company offers a robust benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on field experience with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.
• CARO or CIRO certification a plus.
• Ability to work independently, travel daily throughout Ohio, and occasionally work nights/weekends.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and compressor control systems.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing screw compressors and refrigeration alarms/control systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on ammonia and Freon-based industrial refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving compressors, electrical systems, and alarm/control systems.
• Deliver diagnostics and hands-on repairs on complex systems in food, beverage, and cold storage environments.
• Respond to routine and emergency service calls with professionalism and clear communication.
• Maintain clean, organized work truck and inventory.
• Complete service reports and communicate recommendations to clients and team members.
