Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Construction or related industrial/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift and bend frequently.
• Ability to work 8 to 12-hour shifts.
• Background check and Drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and power tools to assemble steel and wooden reels.
• Handle, move, and replace heavy reels after production.
• Follow all safety procedures and material-handling practices.
• Report quality concerns or production issues to supervisor or lead.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products to storage areas.
• Safely lift and carry materials weighing 50 lbs or more.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
