Job summary

Amicus Talent Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee capital improvement and redevelopment projects across a national industrial portfolio. Based in Milwaukee, this role acts as the owner’s representative, coordinating contractors and consultants to deliver large-scale projects on schedule and within budget.

You will manage 8–10 active projects, handle bidding, procurement, budgeting, site visits, and ensure compliance with codes and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in construction management, engineering, or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Eng, Mechanical Eng, Electrical Eng, or related field.
• Experience working on commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage 8–10 active capital improvement and redevelopment projects.
• Oversee projects from planning and contractor bidding through construction completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to company standards.
• Coordinate contractors and construction trades; conduct site visits and inspections; resolve field issues and ensure safety and permits compliance.
