Job summary

Maola Local Dairies in High Point, NC is seeking a Recruiter to manage high-volume recruiting across multiple facilities. You will apply HR best practices, ensure confidentiality, and build strong candidate experiences while partnering with hiring managers.

You will source talent using multiple channels, maintain compliant processes under federal and state laws, and help strengthen our employer brand across the organization. This role emphasizes collaboration and proactive talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience in industrial and office roles.
• Experience in organizations with EEO compliance.
• Knowledge of Federal & State employment laws compliance.

Responsibilities

• Performs full-cycle recruitment including advertisement, sourcing, resume review, interviews and offers.
• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
• Builds and maintains talent pipelines through targeted relationship interactions.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
