Job summary

Maola Local Dairies in North Carolina is seeking a Recruiter to handle high-volume recruiting across multiple facilities. The role requires applying HR best practices, confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

You will build talent pipelines, develop recruiting plans aligned with company objectives, and improve the employer brand while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience recruiting for industrial and office roles in an organization with industrial operations.
• Experience recruiting in an organization that maintains EEO compliance.
• Experience with Federal & State employment laws compliance.
• Experience in HR business process and employee life cycle (Hire to Retire).
• At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Applicant Tracking System experience preferred.
• UKG highly preferred.
• Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools (BI/Dashboard).

Responsibilities

• Performs full-cycle recruitment including advertisement, candidate sourcing, resume and application review, phone/video screening, interviews and offers.
• Builds and maintains talent pipelines within a line of business through targeted candidate relationship interactions.
• Manages multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and utilizes organizational skills.
• Maintains candidate care, including answering inquiries and guiding employees through processes.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
