Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC in Mississippi is seeking an in-office Recruiter to join our team and help place great people in manufacturing roles. You will brainstorm ways to attract candidates, market postings, and build a strong local pipeline to support order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes high-volume recruiting with urgency, coordinating with 40+ customer accounts, interviewing candidates, and completing pre-employment steps such as drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to get hires on site.

Qualifications

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required.
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred.
• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work.
• Apply marketing skills to postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart.
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities.
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment.
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!
