Job summary
Smart Care is seeking a Rack Refrigeration Technician to install, maintain, and repair refrigeration rack systems across commercial and industrial sites. You will troubleshoot complex systems, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safe operation with various refrigerants.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with rack refrigeration systems (commercial/industrial).
- EPA Certification required for handling refrigerants.
- Must hold at least one license: D1, D2, S1, or S2.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration rack systems and components (compressors, condensers, evaporators, controls).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues in rack systems.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance for optimal performance.
- Work with refrigerants (R-22, R-404A, R-448A, R-449A, CO2) safely.
- Respond to service calls with timely repairs and minimal downtime.
- Provide customer service and maintain client relationships; document service records.
