You will set up and operate machines, adjust speed and tension, inspect finished products for quality, perform basic maintenance, complete daily production records, and follow SOPs and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Ability to read specifications and work instructions in English.
• Attention to detail and dexterity.
• Team player and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate industrial quilting and sewing machines.
• Adjust settings, including speed and tension.
• Feed and position materials to produce accurate stitching patterns.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot basic machine or production issues.
• Perform quality checks and identify defects.
• Manually cut fabric and patterns using a rotary cutter.
• Assist with loading fabric rolls onto production equipment.
• Complete daily production and quality records.
• Follow SOPs, ISO quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
