HW Staffing Solutions in Dartmouth, MA is hiring an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator / Quilter to join our production team. This hands-on role requires experience with industrial sewing or quilting machines and comfort working with heavy-duty fabrics.

You will set up and operate machines, adjust speed and tension, inspect finished products for quality, perform basic maintenance, complete daily production records, and follow SOPs and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for an 8‑hour shift
