Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a STEM field; equivalent experience considered.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis to interpret production performance trends.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment, automation and controls.
• Ability to read and apply AWPA standards, safety procedures, and manuals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and work independently in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to identify trends and root causes, improving conformance and throughput.
• Develop and maintain production databases, analytical tools, and reporting systems for decision making.
• Troubleshoot treating processes, equipment, controls, and related systems.
• Support facilities in resolving operational and quality issues and verify improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs and technical documentation.
• Provide technical training and onboarding for treating staff to ensure best practices.
• Coach operators to improve technical proficiency and standard work.
• Coordinate with internal teams, equipment manufacturers, and suppliers on technical issues.
