Job summary

Avam Sciences is expanding its Industrial Quality Control platform and seeking an Account Executive to establish and grow the new vertical. You will sell Avam's industrial microbiology platform across sterility testing and fermentation QC, targeting pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturers, contract manufacturers, and QC labs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of closing experience in industrial QC or pharma markets.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience managing a full, consultative sales cycle with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
• Strong prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle for net-new industrial QC accounts from prospecting to signed contract.
• Build and manage a target-account strategy for manufacturers and contract manufacturers.
• Develop relationships with QC microbiology leaders, QA directors, and procurement.
• Translate Avam's sterility-testing and fermentation-QC capabilities into business value.
• Coordinate with product and technical teams during evaluations and assessments.
• Maintain disciplined opportunity management, forecasting, and CRM records.
