Jacobs is seeking a CSA Quality Manager in Corpus Christi, TX, to lead field quality efforts on industrial and commercial facilities. The role focuses on QA/QC, ITPs, audits, and NCRs, with a strong emphasis on communication and collaboration across construction teams.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in industrial construction QA/QC, a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, and proficiency in Office 365.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in Industrial Construction QA/QC.
• Strong communication, both oral and written.
• Ability to read and understand engineering specifications, documents, and drawings.
• Proficiency in Office 365 platforms (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or applicable on-the-job experience.
• Certified technical training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate field quality issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Lead contractor quality audits on-site and in fabrication facilities.
• Ensure ITPs and inspection/test forms are understood and completed on time.
• Assist in developing Construction Turn Over Package requirements.
• Provide on-site assistance and visually inspect material at receipt and before installation.
• Capture nonconformities in NCRs and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
