You'll coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and the Construction Management Team to drive quality, safety and schedule performance.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Industrial Construction Field with QA/QC experience.
• Ability to read and understand engineering specifications, documents, and drawings.
• Proficiency in Office 365 platforms (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate field quality issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Ensure contractor quality plans and ITPs are in place and compliant.
• Lead on-site contractor quality audits and in fabrication facilities.
• Assist in developing Construction Turn Over Package requirements.
• Provide on-site assistance, monitor and inspect materials.
• Ensure NCRs are issued and corrective actions implemented.
