Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a CSA Quality Manager in Corpus Christi, TX to lead QA/QC on industrial projects. You will ensure contract quality plans and ITPs are implemented, perform on-site audits, and support turnover packages while coordinating with the Construction Management Team.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in industrial construction QA/QC, strong communication, and the ability to read engineering specs. This hybrid role offers growth and collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Industrial Construction with QA/QC
• Strong communication skills (oral & written)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/specs
• Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Forward thinking and willingness to adopt best practices
• Preferred: Life Sciences/Pharma construction experience

Responsibilities

• Communicate field quality issues to stakeholders
• Ensure contractor QA/QC plans and ITPs meet site requirements
• Lead on-site contractor quality audits
• Ensure ITPs and Test Packs are understood and completed on time
• Assist in developing Construction Turn Over Package requirements
• Provide on-site inspection of materials at receipt and before installation
• Capture nonconformities in NCRs and track corrective actions
