EastGroup Properties in Atlanta is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee a premier industrial real estate portfolio in the Atlanta market, focusing on tenant relationships while coordinating budgeting, financial reporting, and operational excellence.

You will manage quarterly tenant visits, annual surveys, capital projects, and leasing coordination, ensuring spaces are market-ready and value is maximized. Strong communication and Yardi experience preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial real estate.
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and capital improvements.
• Knowledge of tenant relations and leasing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Establish positive tenant relationships and provide strong customer service.
• Conduct quarterly tenant visits to cultivate tenant relations.
• Provide budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis for the portfolio.
• Manage vendor contracts, bidding, and construction coordination; ensure regulatory compliance.
