Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Property Manager (PM) in Irvine, CA to manage a portfolio of industrial properties. The PM will deliver property oversight, financial reporting, budgeting, and vendor coordination while enhancing client and tenant relations.

The role requires a CA Real Estate License within 120 days, familiarity with Yardi/Kardin/MRI, and a proven track record of results in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience in office, retail, industrial, or healthcare is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and related financial reports.
• Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation and administration.
• CA Real Estate License required within 120 days.
• Experience using property management accounting platforms such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI.
• A relationship builder.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech minded and proficient with technology tools.
• Proven track record of results; decisive, big-picture thinker and able to manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to contribute to a diverse, supportive team.

The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for providing direct management oversight for the assigned Industrial properties. The Property Manager is responsible for maximizing NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients. Specific responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client, and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.

• As the Property Manager (PM), you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients, while managing an industrial portfolio
• You are responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction
• As the lead professional, you will also be responsible for preparing budgets and financial reports, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff
• You will be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) to both building owners and tenants to ensure an ongoing, successful relationship
• Creating strategic and collaborative solutions
• You are an individual who sees the big picture, acts decisively, and focuses on creating an energized and collaborative environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
