Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Property Manager to lead an Industrial portfolio on-site in Greenville, SC. You will drive tenant relations, manage budgets, and supervise improvements while ensuring compliance and high service levels.

The role emphasizes financial reporting, vendor coordination, and team leadership, with a focus on maintaining superior property standards and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of commercial property management experience with tenant relations success.
• 3+ years of budget development, financial analysis, variance reporting and CAM reconciliations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Yardi, MRI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular site visits to portfolio properties.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and vendor management.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, forecasts and market analyses.
• Manage lease administration, renewals, amendments, and TI coordination.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and documentation.
