Job summary

Insight Global seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale industrial manufacturing projects across the Western United States. This client-facing role manages scope, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships while expanding the West Coast portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years managing complex industrial manufacturing or industrial construction projects.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, scope, and financial performance.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external contractors.
• Willingness to travel across the Western United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale industrial manufacturing projects from concept through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Serve as primary client-facing representative throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead scope development, budget planning, schedule management, and reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering, construction, procurement, operations, and environmental teams.
• Monitor performance and address risks related to schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Review contracts and deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Support business development by identifying follow-on work.
• Drive standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.
