Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking a Project Coordinator to support fabrication and manufacturing projects. You will coordinate project activities, procurement, and inventory, ensuring compliance with budgets and schedules.

Collaboration with project managers, engineering, QA, and suppliers is essential for successful, on-time delivery. Applicants should have at least three years of project coordination experience, a related degree, and proficiency with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in project coordination or similar environments.
• Experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors, procurement, logistics and material deliveries.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and closeout of fabrication and manufacturing projects.
• Assist managers in monitoring scope, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and track milestones.
• Coordinate procurement activities and material tracking with vendors.
• Manage project documentation, reports, and records.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to align with project scope and timelines.
