Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking a Project Coordinator to support turnkey vessel fabrication and related industrial projects. You will coordinate project activities, manage procurement and inventory processes, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production, Shipping & Receiving, and external suppliers, you will optimize procurement, material logistics, and vendor

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering or related field.
• Minimum three years in project coordination or related environments.
• Experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors, procurement, logistics, and material deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, execution, and closeout activities.
• Monitor scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables with Project Managers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate procurement and material logistics using ERP.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
