Michael Page is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to oversee a large-scale warehouse development in Livingston, New Jersey. The role involves managing all construction phases, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality and safety while coordinating with ownership, consultants, and tenants.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of experience in industrial/construction PM, a relevant degree, and proficiency with MS Project and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10+ years as a Project Manager within commercial or industrial construction.
• Experience with precast concrete wall systems, structural steel construction, foundations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Procore.
• Ability to prepare scopes of work, level bids, and manage subcontractor procurement.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Manage all aspects of industrial warehouse construction from preconstruction through closeout.
• Schedule Management: Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure milestones and completion dates are achieved.
• Team Leadership: Oversee construction superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Safety Compliance: Manage permitting processes and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
• Documentation: Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other critical project documentation.
• Quality Control: Monitor project safety, quality, and operational performance.
