Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Colorado-Based Industrial team.

The Project Manager will be a seller-doer who establishes and maintains client relationships, helps in developing proposals, develops plans for performing the work, and leads multi-discipline project teams to successful completion of the work. This role requires client interaction and strong verbal and written communication skills as needed for regular interaction with internal staff such as project team members,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with design teams and communicate effectively.
• Active participant in our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, lead and manage all aspects of multi-disciplined projects.
• Coordinate work of professional staff across the project lifecycle.
• Develop client relationships and participate in marketing and proposals.
• Ensure contract adherence, design and production meetings.
• Engage with regulators to address compliance issues.
• Coordinate workload and monitor budgets and schedules.
• Support internal reviews with management.
• Perform other duties as needed.
