Job summary

Paligen Technologies in Tampa, FL, is hiring multiple Project Managers to lead end-to-end delivery of machinery, equipment, and chemical-processing installations. The role requires strong technical understanding of chemical manufacturing systems and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time startup and successful project close.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules and safety standards while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 3-7 years of project management experience, ideally in machinery, manufacturing, or industrial equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical or industrial engineering concepts.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, ERP systems, etc.).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from kickoff through commissioning and handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements by ensuring standard disciplined practices are followed.
