Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline is required.
• Engineering background with enough depth to lead and challenge engineers.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and driving projects to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team across R&D, electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, test, and related functions.
• Drive projects from requirements through design, prototyping, validation, launch, and production.
• Establish structure, priorities, timelines, and accountability across the engineering organization.
