Miranda Construction, LLC seeks an experienced Industrial Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating budgets, schedules, contracts, and safety compliance on active industrial sites. You will drive coordination across office and field teams with strong leadership and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as PM/APM on industrial projects and proven ability to manage multiple subs, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years as PM or Assistant PM on industrial projects.
• Proven experience managing budgets, contracts, and complex sequencing.
• Thorough knowledge of construction trades and safety requirements.
• Proficient with Procore and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project coordination, scheduling, and coordination meetings.
• Monitor budgets, contracts, and change orders; report variances.
• Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and inspections.
• Manage subcontractor performance and communications across teams.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting through closeout.
