Job summary

hth companies, an industrial services provider, seeks a Project Manager to review drawings, estimate costs, and prepare proposals for Midwest projects. You will manage budgets, develop KPIs, and create visual reports to communicate performance to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include site visits, bidding, coordinating staff and materials, assessing risks, and ensuring projects stay on quoted scope while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience or applicable education required.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable certifications highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of safety principles and procedures.
• Strong time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings and specifications.
• Estimate project costs and prepare budgets.
• Develop and track KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to measure project performance.
• Create charts and visual reports to analyze trends for stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals and ensure bids align with engineering drawings.
• Coordinate site visits, staffing, and customer meetings.
• Bids projects within the industrial environment.
• Manage materials and scheduling with vendors and staff.
• Assess risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to address questions and concerns.
