Job summary

Bosch Charleston is seeking a Project Manager to drive the end-to-end industrialization of a new 500 Bar injector generation. You will own CAPEX planning, machinery procurement, and on-floor integration to ensure on-time, within-budget launches while adhering to IATF 16949 and AIAG standards.

The role requires coordinating with international engineering teams, plant leadership, and executive management to meet cost, quality, and timeline targets, traveling as needed (25%).

Qualifications

• BS in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering).
• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing production environment.
• 2+ years experience managing customer or relocation projects.
• Experience leading a team of direct and indirect associates in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of project management methods.
• Willingness to travel 25% to Germany lead-plant and vendor locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and lead the project team to ensure on-time deliveries of MAE equipment.
• Develop and track the capital budget; manage CAPEX within limits and timing.
• Achieve cost, timeline, and quality goals for a successful production launch.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet deliverables (engineering, logistics, quality, tech).
• Utilize Bosch PM processes, tools, and procedures; maintain clear communications.
• Maintain documentation per IATF, AIAG, and internal regulations.
