Bosch Charleston is seeking a Project Manager to drive the injector generation from concept to launch, overseeing CAPEX, procurement, and production release. You will coordinate with international engineering teams, plant leadership, and executives to ensure adherence to cost, quality, and schedule targets.
The role requires a BS in a technical field, 5+ years in manufacturing, and 25% travel to the German lead-plant and vendors.

They are responsible and will take ownership of the end-to-end journey—from CAPEX planning and machinery procurement to production floor integration and series production release (rfP), ensuring all deliverables meet stringent cost, quality, and timeline targets.
Operating at the intersection of international engineering teams, plant leadership, and executive management in full alignment with Bosch Project Management processes and automotive industry regulations (IATF 16949 / AIAG).
