Bosch USA in Charleston seeks a Project Manager to drive the end-to-end launch of a new injector generation. You will own CAPEX planning, machinery procurement, and production integration, coordinating with international teams to meet cost, quality and timing targets.

The role operates at the intersection of engineering, plant leadership, and executive management, following Bosch PM processes and automotive regs. Travel is expected up to 25%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing production environment.
• 2+ years managing customer or relocation projects.
• Experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of project management methods and tools.
• Successful launch management experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Vendor and supplier management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Ability to travel 25% to Germany and vendor sites.
• Lean tools and Bosch Production Systems knowledge preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop project timelines and lead the project team to ensure on-time delivery of MAE equipment.
• Develop and track the capital budget; manage expenditures to stay within budget and timing.
• Achieve cost, timeline, and quality goals for a successful production launch.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, logistics, quality and other functions.
• Mitigate project risks proactively and maintain regulatory alignment with IATF/AIAG.
• Adopt Bosch Project Management processes and tools; ensure clear interface communications.
• Maintain documentation per IATF, AIAG and internal regulations.
