Job summary

Bosch Charleston is seeking a Project Manager to drive the injector generation from concept to launch, overseeing CAPEX, procurement, and production release. You will coordinate with international engineering teams, plant leadership, and executives to ensure adherence to cost, quality, and schedule targets.

The role requires a BS in a technical field, 5+ years in manufacturing, and 25% travel to the German lead-plant and vendors.

Qualifications

• BS in a technical field (i.e.: mechanical, electrical, industrial).
• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing production environment.
• 2+ years experience in managing customer or relocation projects.
• Experience leading a team of direct and indirect associates in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Knowledge and experience in project management methods.
• Willingness to travel 25% to our German lead-plant and to vendor locations in/outside the US.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines; lead project team and tracking meetings to ensure on-time deliveries of all MAE equipment.
• Develop and track capital budget with capital coordinator; manage expenditures within limits and timing.
• Achieve cost, timeline, and quality goals for a successful production launch.
• Lead cross-functional project team to meet deliverables across engineering, logistics and quality.
• Use Bosch Project Management processes, tools, and procedures.
• Maintain clear communications and priorities for all interfaces.
• Maintain documentation per IATF, AIAG and internal regulation.
