Zusammenfassung

Industrial Access Bulk Material seeks an experienced Construction/Industrial Project Manager or Supervisor to lead crews on bulk-material handling projects nationwide. The role involves estimating, scheduling, safety oversight, and client/vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supervisory roles, OSHA certification, and willingness to travel 6–8 weeks on with 1 week off. Compensation includes hourly wages with OT and commissions, plus a robust benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Construction/Industrial PM or supervisor role.
• 3+ years supervising industrial crews of 3–5 people with OSHA/site safety responsibility.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Willingness to travel nationwide, 6–8 weeks on/1 week off.
• Ability to work at heights up to ~150 feet, including roof decks.
• Experience with aerial lifts, telehandlers, payloaders, excavators.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug screening.
• Must pass comprehensive Federal Background Screening; clean background.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

• Develop estimates and proposals for sales activities.
• Manage a crew, monitor work, schedule, hours tracking.
• Troubleshoot issues with staff or customers.
• Supervise and enforce safety standards on projects.
• Coordinate internally and with vendors/clients.
• Plan and schedule projects.
• Maintain budgets to meet requirements.
• Oversee multiple projects from start to finish.
• Perform administrative duties including reports and expenses.
