Job summary

Industrial Access Bulk Material is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to lead multiple bulk-material projects nationwide. You will oversee crews, develop estimates, plan schedules, and maintain budgets while ensuring strict safety standards and compliance.

Travel is extensive, with on-site work at heights up to 150 feet. The role offers overtime and project-based incentives, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing training for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Construction/Industrial Project Manager or similar supervisory role.
• 3+ years leading industrial crews of 3–5 people with OSHA and site safety responsibilities.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide on projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in sales activities including developing estimates and proposals.
• Manage a crew, monitor work, schedule, hours tracking, etc.
• Troubleshoot and solve issues with staff or customers as necessary.
• Supervise and enforce company and project safety standards.
• Facilitate communication with vendors and clients.
• Project scheduling and planning.
