• Experience: 20–25 years in construction with projects ≥$50M.
• Technical: Cost understanding, contract negotiation/administration.
• Leadership: Ability to lead large cross-functional teams and mentor staff.
• Business: Entrepreneurial drive with client-focused approach.
• Communication: Strong spoken and written communication; ability to present and build consensus.
• Problem solving: Break down complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
• Detail orientation: Meticulous scope management and cost control.
• Strategic thinking: Anticipate trends and improve project outcomes.
• Physical: Able to climb ladders, scaffolding, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive business success within Industrial Business Unit from acquisition to execution.
• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and pursue strategies; manage design, preconstruction, and client presentations.
• Serve as primary executive client contact to maintain satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Recruit top talent for project teams and ensure smooth design-to-construction transitions.
• Provide executive oversight to maintain schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
• Mentor teams of construction professionals and foster leadership growth.
• Collaborate with operations on major buys and early design-phase tasks; manage costs and risk.
• Contribute to strategic goals with opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
