Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in commercial/industrial construction or CM.
• Experience with construction project management software is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel across project locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-construction planning and meetings; prepare minutes.
• Support buy-out, estimating, value engineering, and logistics planning.
• Coordinate schedules, docs, submittals, and drawings with PM and subs.
• Monitor budgets, progress, and ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Communicate with owners/consultants; assist permit submissions.
